1. Management Trainee Research & Development
Main Job Description:
- Conduct research and testing to develop and evaluate alternative materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize product specifications
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Evaluate existing products to enhance quality and performance Provide technical support to the marketing team
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates or a maximum of 1 years of experience in product development for manufacturing materials
- Strong analytical thinking with a problem- solving attitude
- Eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen interest in polymer materials research and development, as well as manufacturing processes
- Proficient in English
2. Menegement Trainee – Planning and Productivity Management
Job description:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations.
- Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.
- Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.
- Review and revise project CAD designs as needed
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture.
- Preferably have a knowledge in:
- Production process;
- Polymer material;
- Accounting; and
- Project management.
- Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Have an experience with CAD would be advantage.
